The client, a growing property business in Dublin City Centre, seeks an experienced Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator. This varied role involves taking ownership of day-to-day accounts and general office administration. - Managing daily bookkeeping tasks and processing customer and supplier invoices.
- Recording purchase and sales invoices while processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Performing bank reconciliations and processing expenses with supporting documentation.
- Assisting with VAT returns and routine tax requirements for the business.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, tenants, and stakeholders regarding accounts.
- Supporting month-end bookkeeping, reporting, and general office administration.
- Maintaining organised electronic and paper-based records and filing systems.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and general queries for the team.
Experience and Qualifications

- Possessing three or more years of relevant bookkeeping or accounts experience.
